About Us

East Pathway Development Inc was established by Husband &

Wife Jorel and Shellary Wilson.

Our Goal is to assist our community with the Purchase of their first home, helping them navigate the home buying experience because everyone deserves a place to call their own home. We’re proud Detroiters, and our neighbors are too! Detroits home ownership rate is 51% while the national average is 66%, and we need to close the gap! We host workshops focusing on achieving this goal by partnering with Debt Counselors, Mortgage Bankers, and many HUD approved programs. We believe service is important and we serve our community through our Urban Sensory Garden providing fresh produce and a therapeutic stress relieving area for all to enjoy. Food insecurity is a growing issue and we aim to assist families by donating our harvests to local non profits that have established distribution networks for families in need.
